How do I place an order?
You can order from us in a number of different ways. The easiest route for smaller requirements is via our online store at www.patchsavesolutions.com where you’ll be able to access quantity discounts and checkout securely using a credit or debit card.
Alternatively you can email a Purchase Order to info@patchsolutions.com and subject to credit approval we will be able to process and ship out to you immediately.
For larger requirements our preference would be to raise you an official quotation and advise on stock levels and payment facilities before an official order is placed.
Where can I find product information?
Our interactive websites provide you with an abundance of information including datasheets and conformity statements, however if you can’t find what is required please contact us on 01442 890890 and we’ll happily furnish you with the required information.
Can I get a credit account?
Yes, subject to approval we can offer the majority of private and public sector clients a credit facility. Our standard terms are 30 days from date of invoice, however after an initial order these terms can be extended, on request. To process a new order we’ll require a company registration number and an email address for the correct person to receive invoices and future statements of account.

How can Patch Solutions help me and my company?
Patch Solutions have a wealth of experience and expertise at your disposal. We can quickly recommend products and services and have a huge stock holding for immediate delivery. Our focus around quality, innovation and choice means that we can assist with help around projects of all shapes and sizes, partnering with global vendors and also manufacturing our own branded products.
Can I see products in person before I purchase?
Yes, we can easily arrange for sample products to be delivered to you so that you can test the quality before ordering.
For larger project we can arrange on-site surveys and can also offer demonstrations for many products either at your premises or within our purpose-built demo centre in Hertfordshire.
Do I get warranty on all products?
The majority of our products have a warranty which depends on the installation. For example, an Excel end-to-end structured cabling installation will have a 15 year warranty issues on completion.
Any faulty product would be replaced immediately and we also offer a service to credit products that are surplus to requirements following an installation.

Is Patch Solutions packaging recyclable?
We have been working hard over the past few years to reduce our product packaging, helping the environment and reducing installation times. The majority of our Excel branded products are supplied with cardboard, rather that plastic packaging.
Our short length patch cables are delivered in packs of 24, in a single plastic bag for protection, rather than each individual cable being supplied in its own bag.
We have recently gone one step further with our Cat6a Slim cables, as they have zero packaging on lengths from 0.25 to 5 Metre.
Are Patch Solutions taking precautions towards COVID 19?
Yes, we have effectively adapted our workplace to ensure that we protect our staff, updated many company policies and implemented home working where possible.
Our team continues to protect themselves and others when visiting clients for site surveys, installations and project meetings.
What happens to my data?
If you fill in a ‘Get in Touch’ or ‘Contact Us’ form on our website then your details will be stored in our database for that reason only.
If you place an order on our website then your details will be stored in our database for that purpose and you will be automatically enrolled into our marketing activities unless stated otherwise.
If you fill our your details on the ‘Subscribe to our Newsletter’ form then your information will be added to our database for marketing purposes.
Not matter what scenario, your details will NEVER be shared to any third party without your permission. Your data will remain safely in our database only.
