The vision for Patch Solutions was discussed in an idyllic country pub on the outskirts of London back in 2004. It was at this same time that data centre space was gaining good traction in the UK market and co-founder Russ Meehan was more than ready for his next business venture. Having spent 10 years in various IT management roles, Russ (being a practical sort) had identified a need for an IT cabling supplier offering consistent quality, choice and innovation. Other people agreed and they were an immediate success.
Over the years Patch Solutions has helped 3500+ companies across both the private and public sector, with many corporate data centres, hospitals and universities deploying our products, either purchasing directly or through our network of trade partners.
Our success has been under-pinned by continuously adapting and evolving within the industry by regularly introducing new concepts and products to help solve today’s networking challenges.
