PowerZook Monitoring for 16A and 32A PDU’s

PowerZook is an SNMP power sensor for basic and metered PDU’s.  It’s a unique, non invasive PoE power sensor that can monitor single phase (3 core) 16Amp and 32Amp PDUs.  You then have the ability to quickly start harvesting PDU power usage data without interruption to power, modification to power, or any downtime.

The sensor can be quickly calibrated on your PDU and configured using its SNMP browser interface.  PowerZook simply clips around the outside of a power input cable, with no tools required.  Then connect to your PoE network using a standard patch cable – instantly making your ‘dumb’ PDU’s smart!

You can then easily identify power and equipment failure, power usage, current overload conditions, unusual power usage patterns, cable/wiring faults, equipment use and idle time.  When installed in to live environments you can instantly manage your power with minimal cost and fuss.
