The Brady Wraptor printer is ideal for labelling Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a patch cables prior to despatch. You simply tell us the start and end sequence, then we do the rest! Once the stock is picked from our warehouse, we manually insert each end of the patch cable into the printer and within seconds you have a neat, laminated label applied. Please ensure that you specify in advance how far you would like the label to be installed away from the cable boot, this then ensures easy visibility once installed in a live environment.

Category 6A Short Length RJ45 Patch Cables – 26AWG F/STP LS0H Snagless RJ45 Boot
The Cat6a 10Gigabit-BaseT short length is available as a 20cm option. They’re manufactured using a S/FTP shielded construction, coupled with a LS0H cable jacket and 50µm gold connectors. The RJ45 ends have flush moulded snagless boots and as expected, certified to 500Mhz to meet global Cat6a standards.Cable Labelling Service for Datacentres and Comms Rooms

The Brady Wraptor is ideal for labelling Flat Twin fibre cables and for longer lengths of fibre and copper we can pre-install bundles directly into braided sleeve for fast and effective on-site deployment. For thinner 2mm or 3mm duplex fibre cables we supply several options including numbered clip around markers and Panduit identification spinners. Power cables with thicker diameters have the labels applied manually within our UK workshop where, if required, we can also add a barcode sequence using a high temperature laminated solution.

Our patch panel labelling service is a great way of naming patch panels and numbering ports. Better still, they can be split between half and quarter panels, in a range of colour options. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure that all ports, applications, and locations are clearly displayed with your required sequence. This service is available from a single office patch panel to worldwide installations across multiple datacentres.
Etched rack and cabinet ID numbers, with corresponding key fobs can be made to order in different sizes and colours, as well as bespoke door and datacentre cage entry instructions. Manufactured using thicker 1.5mm² power cable, our IEC jumper extension cables are robust in their construction, yet flexible for ease of installation using a PVC H05VV-F cable jacket.
C15 Angled Cables & Adapters
Compatible with 250v/15A equipment, they are designed to operate in high ‘HOT’ temperatures for longer periods of time, unlike the thinner 10A equivalent.
IEC Secure Tension Sleeves
Secure retention sleeves are pushed over IEC connectors and plugs to provide a tighter fit to an installed power cable. Once in place, up to four times the force will be required for the power cable to be removed.
