RJ Lockdown patch cable locks can be quickly installed, securing on to a patch cable in a data outlet or patch panel, or active equipment such as a PC, telephone handset, switch or router. This solution is used across many industries but has been found to be very effective in schools, hotels, retail and shared communal areas. Each pack includes a pair of plastic locks, for each end of the patch cable and the option of either Allen or Torq securing screws supplied with the corresponding metal keys.

Category 6A Short Length RJ45 Patch Cables – 26AWG F/STP LS0H Snagless RJ45 Boot
The Cat6a 10Gigabit-BaseT short length is available as a 20cm option. They’re manufactured using a S/FTP shielded construction, coupled with a LS0H cable jacket and 50µm gold connectors. The RJ45 ends have flush moulded snagless boots and as expected, certified to 500Mhz to meet global Cat6a standards.RJ Locks are universal and can be used with most cabling systems and devices that have a RJ45 outlet, without the need for a specific type of patch cable. This effective patch cable locking is used to physically lock an installed cable in to position, whereas a jack block out will prevent a patch cable being inserted into an unused patch panel, switch or outlet port.
